Quality score is determined by webanswers depending upon the quality of you answers, i.e grammer, punctuation and sometime lenght of your answers, actually webanswers does not disclose that directly and you can not see the score but it can be increased by maintaining the quality of your answers. More quality score and more activity brings you more ad impressions i.e more earning.
